Ultimate was awesome today 2 and half hours of high class competition. We only took a few breaks as well, so it was almost constant running. The only downside is that I kinda hurt my neck when I fell once, but it's not bad.
It's raining right now, which is great. I love rain storms, especially with thunder and lightning.

Yes! Rain is absolutely my top natural high. Storms - oh how beautiful they are....to stand in....have class in....just in general......ok i'm done.

I really don't feel bad for Roddick- losing is part of his job and if he hasn't figured that out by now, then he has more problems than trying to beat Federer. Unless he steps up his game, I don't think there's any chance at all that he'll win the match, although I do think he'll get some sets.
Regarding this entry: you only get one neck to work with- take care of it! Have fun frisbeeing!
