So a few weeks ago i was out for a walk with my dog listening to my Creative Labs Zen. All of a sudden it stopped playing music and the screen had a message saying it was now dead. So i send it off to get worked on, and they gave me a brand new one. No questions asked, they determined the hard drive crashed, and i get a new one.

Yeah true that. The best part was that i got it dirt cheap off ebay. I kind of expected something like this to happen, but its ok cause i got a new one.
