well that suing thing is finally over, i ended up paying the guy 900 bucks, turns out he had a second estimate which was 1000 dollars less than what he was suing me for, so i didnt really care that much except the guy was being a total dick. the lawyer and i were like "wtf is this dude's problem?" then the guy decided to start playing the race
