Today, we drove around with the top down while it snowed at home in WV. We ate delicious eats including the banging fruit salad I made. We watched roller derby our sport yay! We are doing well. I'm a VISTA working for a nonprofit that works w homeless folks to find housing. I'm trying to raise funds to keep the program going. The Ant is teaching

Thanks! It's been a really weird ride, but it's feeling positive now. I wish this cold weather would stop. It hailed here on Friday morning. Huge pieces of hail!

I've got to get better at replying to message. Can I send them to my phone? I have a lj app, but it doesn't seem to bother with anything of the sort. Hmm...

Spaced was just put on there a few weeks ago, which is my favorite TV series of all-time. The creator of the IT Crowd's two prior BBC series - Black Books, and Father Ted - are both available to stream. Neither are as good as the IT Crowd, but it's similar writing, obviously. In terms of non-British programming, both Buffy and Angel are available in their entirety, as are Dollhouse, Farscape, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, The Twilight Zone, as well as Star Trek: TOS and TNG. If you're not already watching it, Lauren and I just finnished watching How I Met Your Mother, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lie to Me was a fun series that's up if you want something more serious, and Netflix's first ever original series, Lilyhammer, was just posted last week, and it's entertaining. Hope that helps.

Fuck cable, indeed. It costs too much and has not targeted my marketing space. Lilyhammer, I"ll have to check that out. We're in Battlestart now, so this will take a while. We'll definitely need to find a funny series after watching that behemoth. When I watched it the first time around, I didn't get to watch half of the final season, and I didn't listen to my friends when they talked about it. So, I have no idea how this damn story ends!
