You're pretty much boned as far as cell plans go in this city/state. Alltel is king, and now that US Cellular got pretty much all of Cell One's business and equipment, I'd venture to guess they are now number two. Though I can't really say much as I've stomached Alltel ever since I got my first cell phone in 1999... Talk with plur about reception in basements with Cingular. I know that he has had issues with spotty coverage in some parts of Lincoln, but mentioned his latest phone has alleviated most of that.

Heh, I think on my last bill I talked for a whooping 47 minutes total. Then again it pays to not have a wife...
