So I went to workout today and I weighed myself afterwards and I'm still at 180.5 lbs. Not a big deal in my mind since I ate a huge ass steak last night among other things. It's about the news channel Al-Jazeera and it follows them and their point of view during the invasion in 2003. I am currently watching it in History of Islam and I'm enjoying it.
