Odd that you mention that book! It hit me recently that even though I've seen the movies, I've never read it, and it had never even occurred to me to do so. I really want to, so even though it's past the season, I'll see if I can get my hands on it :)

...I know. Time flies so quickly. It makes me feel melancholy to dwell upon it...
I've grown it out with the intention of donating it again, but my hair does not grow nearly as fast as my sisters. Gracious, I only just trimmed three quarters of an inch to make it look neater, my sisters need haircuts every 3-6 months at least! LOL Admittedly though I have not been growing it out for the past five years, but since 2008, yes.
