[There's a sigh over the journals. It's hard to say if it's a bored sigh or a wistful one.]

So, Luceti. Humor this romantic sap for a minute here. Any of you ever been in love? I wanna hear some sappy stories.

[Oooh. Debating on whether she should tell Zack's or Cloud's or both...]

He came crashing down through the roof of my church and fell in my flower bed.

So much for a dramatic entrance, huh?

A 10 for dramatic entrance, but I'd have to flunk him anyway for knocking himself out on the landing. I looked him over, but he didn't have any serious injuries--he's built tough, you know. So I called for him to wake up--

"Hello, hello-o-o?"

And he did. A little groggy, but that's understandable.

...He has really beautiful eyes.

Nice eyes, huh? What color are they?

...It doesn't really make for a sappy story when it's all one-sided...

Just a sad and pathetic one, right?

I-it's not pathetic! I'm working on it.

She's got a goal that's really important to her, so I just want to keep her safe until we finish things.

...I have. However, it is not a long tale, nor one which would provide much in the appeasing one's desire for "sap" if I understand your meaning correctly.

Hey, short love affairs can be just as satisfying than any longtime torrid love story.

[A snort, but she liked that wording in a way] I would prefer you not use the word "affair," but your words do ring true.

...In my youth, I met a boy. He was a boy of great spirit and tremendous courage, and he assisted me greatly in my hour of most dire need.

I won't use it again, then.

Ah, so you fell for a hero when he saved you?

I shall meet you there, then.

There you are.
