Dean's brow perked up with an amused look on his face. He didn't move from being as close as possible to the other man, glancing down at the the shotgun that was pointed to his chest. He didn't fight back the smile that wanted to cross over his face in some sort of amusement. Armaros was only just amused with the fact that they believed rocksalt would have any effect on anything other than a ghost and the lesser evolved. It hurt like a son of a bitch when it came to being stuck in a vessel, but it would only sting for a while ( ... )

Sam's hands drooped to his side, the shotgun clacking against his leg. "Yeah, this is a bust." He felt a distant itch in the back of his nose as he said this. They had come to the house on Sam's bequest. He was the one who found the obscure newspaper clipping about electrical disturbances in the street. He was the one who's hairs stood up at the nape of his neck the moment they past the Henderson's letterbox. Dammit, Sam. This was it. He knew it.

"But where is the family? Have you checked upstairs yet?" He questioned as Dean moved closer to him, a tad uncomfortable at his closeness.

Oh Sam. You'll learn that gut feelings are the best feelings to work off of. Especially when you're facing. But trial and error was something him and Dean were working off of. He tilted his head to the side, considering Sam's question for a brief moment. Surely, the demon already knew the fate that befall the family. It'd used the very vessel it was now in to stuff the last of the corpses into the closet before it made it's way over to Wesson. He pursed his lips together, putting some thought into it before glancing upstairs for a brief moment.

"Wouldn't you think they would have heard us if they were here, Sammy?" Even if they were all technically dead, Armaros still thought he had the ability to lie about it. The car was hiding in the garage. Dean never would have known. Dean didn't know. "Don't look so down, emokid. Look, we have the entire house to ourselves." He smiled up at him, running his hand up the younger man's arm.
