Invention I'd like to see

I'd like to see a machine that'd test our sunglasses to make sure they provided the UV protection advertised. One would think in these days of cheap chinese knockoffs, a creative reseller would provide free testing of our sunglasses as a gimmick for attracting new customers.

Heh, I've always thought the exact same thing. If the $10 glasses in the Rio giftshop are just as good as anything else, I don't see how anyone would pay a premium. But if they aren't, I don't see how the premium vendors would let it slide.

No doubt. If my eyes were really protected more by premium sunglasses, my wallet would be pouring cash out to buy a pair. Until then, I'll pick up any shades I need at the next gunshow for $5 while I'm shopping for a new CheyTac.
