It's supposed to teach me a whole bunch of basics and stuff, tweening seems just as good as starting from scratch. Maybe it's cause they don't want anyone doing anything stylized yet or something.

Yup, basics and fundamentals first, then style. That's how it goes. I haven't even done much with 'style' yet in my architecture projects and I'm almost done with school, I'm such a slowass.
