It's a good thing you posted the finished ones because I love them! OAO And yeah, you're getting better~ maaan, how do you find the time to draw at least once a day? ;3;) I like your coloring! The shadowing looks simple but it makes sense! I still fail with mine since I don't practice. OTL
Ahh thanks! I don't know how I manage to draw every day either D8 It helps if you can draw fast, or for me I have a really simple style that I draw pretty fast with. I also tend to neglect my other hobbies in favor of drawing aha...
I think if you practice shading long enough you'll be able to do some really simple shadowing eventually! It's usually my favorite part of drawing when I actually take time to do it at all pfft.
Animation is going okay I guess? I'm finally getting to the real serious animation classes after the summer, only now do I realize all the ones I've taken so far are just introducing major concepts.
D8 *draws slow* /despair I'm trying to draw everyday (like how I try to post everyday too) and I'm practicing different poses as opposed to doing the upper body only. What other hobbies? xD
My shadowing tends to get all over the place and it takes me hours or days or months if I start procrastinating due to frustration before it starts making sense. :|
Oh that's cool! I kinda regret not going for what I like when I was still studying. Now look at me, 3 years and still unemployed. OTL
I actually draw really slow too in my normal drawing style. 8[ Yeah it's a good idea to draw the entire body! Hmm like video games and cosplays, and actual animating. I seem to not have any motivation to do animation in my free time /o\
Hmm I think the only thing I can tell you about shadowing would be observation. All the life drawing classes I've taken have really helped me do light and shadows pretty quickly. And then there's also just putting all the shadows on one side of the body haha;;
Well sometimes I have second thoughts about actually studying animation, like maybe I should have studied something normal? But maybe I would have regret it. What did you study?
