I'm sorry..for as long as I can remember I just sit for at least two hours and think before I go to sleep, it sucks

I'm sorry. I wish i could help you. I keep having dreams about all my friends and how much i miss them... and most of the time i dont sleep for more than three or four hours a night...so i kinda know whats happening.
