Well 1 month of swimming 5km a week and can't say I feel any different. Ah well I'm sure its great for my heart or something and hey it kills time. I have stopped going out though which is not so good, I blame it on the fruit juice.

Why would you hold a suspect without charging them? The only reason I can see is because you don't have enough evidence on them but you expect to get that evidence in the near future.
