So awesome!
So, this year has been a bit of a crap fest for me. There were a lot of things happening with my family, school was uninspiring, Adrian was sick and I was just generally down in the dumps most of the time. 
So...it's not like I'm saying meeting Patrick Wilson in person solved all my problems or anything, but it was pretty fantastic. OMG guys he is so amazing. Here is how it happened: Adrian and I went to NY this past weekend because I was going to a conference in Philadelphia and we figured we might as well make an awesome vacation out of my free airfare. We bought tickets to "All my sons" because I totally wanted to see Patrick Wilson live, he's such a great actor (and I'll admit that I was curious about Katie Holmes' theatre chops as well, verdict: she's better than people have been giving her credit for. Also, she is really tall and pretty). So I was super excited about getting to see this show. Then, while we were there, Broadway Cares was going on where each show tries to get the audience to donate money for a charity. And the long and the short of it was that a backstage photo with Patrick Wilson would set you back about $20 dollars. Awesome!!!! I was totally not cool about it at all either as you can probably tell from the photo (what a dork!!!) so while I do wish that it was a better picture of me, it's still a picture of me and Patrick Wilson, which is pretty damn sweet.>
