I am all blah and depressed. Curled up on the couch and cried after work. Then I got moving and I baked some sourdough and banana bread. Both came out a bit too dark. Now I have a glass of wine, have returned to the couch, and I am trying to lift my spirits

Might I suggest doing a few selfish things, even if it has to be a couple of bad choices, like having an extra glass of wine before you go to sleep for work the next day, even if it gives you a headache in the morning, just to prove to yourself that you ARE in control on some of your life. Might help? Not sure.
