I don't keep tissues with me, but I usually have some napkins somewhere that would do for tissues in a pinch.

I also use hand sanitizer and wash my hands very frequently, so my hands dry up pretty quickly so hand lotion is nice if I think I might be able to go a little while before having to wash my hands.

The hand washing, is that because you are a med student and you're doing lab work or some other reason?

yeah i carry a packet of tissues with me most of the time, you never know when you might need them and i hate it when my nose runs and i have nothing to clean it with!

Exactly! I don't use tissues often, but when I do use them I'm sure glad I had them with me

I always make sure I have Kleenex on me; you never know when you're going to need them. Having said that making sure I have a pot of vaseline in my bag before I leave if is a daily ritual, hate chapped lips more than snivelly nose!

Also, I never got the whole hand sanitizer thing. I know it became popular during the whole swine flu epidemic, but really if you were going to get that not even carrying a bottle of soap with you everywhere was going to stop it.

Lol now that City have knocked out United, I'm back to supporting the opposing team so I'm all for Stoke to beat them (you never know!). And they have to drop to sixth so Liverpool get fifth lol!

I agree about the hand sanitizer. Actually I think they did a study and found that your hands stay germ free for about 2 minutes after putting it on so it's not like it helps that much.

While I would love for us to qualify for Europe by placing 5th, I'm not sure we can play consistently enough to beat Spurs. However, if City win FA cup and then crash to 5th with Spurs getting the last CL spot, then 6th would get Europe too. So while I'm rooting for City to win FA cup, I'm still also rooting for their demise. :D

haha i don't carry a bag. i rarely carry my wallet. x__x i just pull the cards and cash i need and keep it in a pocket, so no room for extra things. if i kept a bag everyday i would for sure put tissues in though. well, if i remembered to buy any. :D

I carry a pack of Kleenex in my purse, but I use it infrequently and sometimes forget to replace it once I use up the old pack. When I'm in Hong Kong/China, I carry lots since they're not as readily available.

I carry all the items you mentioned, but chapstick is the most important to me. I have this bad habit of biting my lips, so they're constantly dry.

I'm torn between chapstick and lotion. I seriously could not function without either. Dry hands and dry lips both bother the crap out of me.
