I think that you should write down on a notecard & laminate this: "Don't purge, you do it once now, you'll do it again. You ate only a normal amount, you're not stuffed, that's just what having food in your stomach for longer than a few minutes feels like. No, you can't purge just a little bit." so you can look at it after every meal/snack you eat.
I know! Lately, it's been hurting me to eat too. Almost anything I put in my stomach, sometimes drinks even, hurts afterwards. I thought it was psychological too but maybe not since somebody else is going through it too. [I don't purge though. I have on occasion, but it's not one of my typical behaviors]
