I've been awake all night with this bloody pain and it crawled up my ear and it feels like someone's slicing me up slowly with rusty razorblades. Mustve had a whole pack of painkillers tonight and they won't work, but made me dizzy and nauseous. And my dentist's appointment is not til Monday. I just wanna cry...
