Something strange happened yesterday. My friend Jason and I were looking at www.rateusa.com It's one of those sites where people put up their pictures and make profiles and then everyone else on the site rates how good looking that person is. As a general rule I consider this concept to be very lame, though I can never keep myself from looking ( Read more... )

People have a fascination with capitalizing random letters. I think it's because it makes the writing look all crazy and gives it a playful loopy edge. I'm surprised you haven't seen anyone do it, and if you go to the site you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

I've seen it plenty, actually, and I did go to the site you were talking about and saw it there too. But I still wonder why people do it. Maybe like you said, cause they think it looks wacky and cool or something.

Hey, nothing is funnier than the bandaids. Nothing. I'd use italics to emphasize the nothing, but I dunno how. And I meant the people on the website who commented, not the people who actually know Colin.

As a [former] resident of Southern California...I must say that it has been a tremendous relief to get away. Not so much from the image-obsessed shift-loving masses, but from the image-obessed conservative republican shift-loving masses. Mmmm military.
