Our dear Sonja is now with her Daddy, Brother, and Stepbrother.

Sonja Ly-Magellan passed away this afternoon wrapped in a towel and resting on a cloth covered hot water bottle beside me on the bed as I took a nap.  Before she passed we had each rat visit her. We watched as they nudged her, and I looked into their eyes and could tell they knew it was time for her to go.

She is survived by her cagemate and

it is sad, but we could all tell if was time for her to go. She lived a long happy life.
