A Valentine Adventure

About a year ago, I met a brilliant photographer on a crazy trip with a bunch of my friends, on a cruise to Ensenada.

He's the nicest, awesomest, most fun person I'd ever met, and we started dating. I've mentioned him in my journals a lot- his name is Dave.

So I wanted to make Valentine's Day awesome by putting together an adventure. I had all these

you should totally do it. winter apparently is the best time to go. theres kayaking and scubaing too but we had too much camera gear on us to do it

Wow. That's AMAZING. I heart Idyllwild. There's amazing hiking all around there. But I can't wrap my head around how Christian Dinosaurs must work.

I've *always* wanted to do the helicopter date. You know that same company used to do a beach sunset ride along the coast before whisking you away to the top of some skyscraper rooftop restaurant downtown, flying you in between all the buildings. I dunno if they still do that. But if they do, one of these days I'll have that date.

Props. I LOVE your planning. I've been to Catalina a few times in the recent past and didn't see ANY of that. I will have to pick your brain for details. :-)

heh the only planned stuff was the helicopter, dinosaurs, and the gondola. we were gonna originally do a glass-bottom boat but they were running a special on submarines that day - adults get in at child price. so we went for that. everything else we pretty much stumbled upon. =)

i think you can rent the helicopter to do that date but youd have to pay for the whole thing so itd run at least twice as much.

christian dinosaurs are confusing. ill get more pics up soon that can explain them better
