Week 1: Drink Water
This was a horrible start to making changes for me. It wasn't a small change, it was a massive change. I hate the taste of water, and ordinarily wouldn't drink it alone! Go you! It's interesting to see that it's actually having an effect on how you feel.

Ugh, I hear you about the sleep thing. I hate going to bed at reasonable hours :(

Keep it up :) I really should start doing these along with you. I am trying to drink more herbal tea and less caffinated tea... we'll see how that goes. I should add in drinking water more as well. I generally have sleep covered but it took me a long time to get into that routine.
