04. [Public] A note to Yuan

I'm sorry, I did my best but I couldn't handle the cleaning myself and still get in done in time for the guild meeting I've been hearing about, so I've posted notices asking for help. I know that this was supposed to be my entrance test to Ad Libitum... maybe I could take up one of those cooking

[Disgruntled, Yuan looked at the cup of coffee. It had been so long since he'd had anything but wine or medicine that the thought of drinking it wasn't pleasant.

And yet, he found himself drinking it anyway as he left a return note.]

What you have managed on your own is more than sufficient, I can tell that you could handle the upkeep of this place once it gets into shape.

[He took another sip as he paused to consider turning the building into lodgings for guild members. It would really be unpleasant for people to be around him at all hours, but he had handled it well enough with the Renegades.]

I'll consider allowing some of the guild members to stay here. We'll see. Keep up the good work. And in the future, don't waste your time making refreshments for me. I do not require food or drink.

[Satisfied, he posted the note in the kitchen where he was certain she would see it. He left his completely emptied coffee cup in the sink.]

Oh dear... I didn't know...

[A smile at the acknowledgement of her efforts and the note that Yuan would consider her suggestion. Turning to the sink, Paneer started washing the cup that had been left there.]

Hmm...I'd like to help with the spring cleaning, but I've been too busy with quests and reports lately. I would like to take one of the unused rooms, however. I really need to move out of Arche's room.

Yuan said that he'd consider it... I'll tell you about his decision when I hear of it, okay? And don't overwork yourself, you look tired. Get enough rest, hmm?
