Day 4 has come and gone, and it seems to be becoming a routine already. It feels good to be getting things done. The diet isn't too difficult either, so I am feeling great! The exercise routine is getting a bit better. I still don't have enough strength in my legs to do the crazy ab part of the workout, but that was the only one I didn't do. I did
