I definitely have no record on my phone of having a voicemail from you. But, then again, my friend Jack also texted me and I never got that either. I think my phone is officially fucked up.

Oh, Joanna. I am sorry about this. I know you don't want pity, but I feel it necessary to write this anyway. Your mother must mean a lot to you for you to mention it at all, and I had an aunt that died from breast cancer two years ago, so I know what you might be concerned with. I wish you all the best luck for your mom, and you and the rest of your family because this will be a milestone that needs strength and determination to get past it. But knowing how stubborn you are :), you should be able to stomp your way through this. Just know that I love you and am praying for your mom to heal quickly. God Bless you and Keep you.
