Ok so I went to my dads dinner party just to be nice b/c I have no problem with him, but my mother sucks.I know she sucks because anything I do or say in her presence is either wrong or she doesn't believe in it.The whole reason i'm in the mood i'm in now is her.Everything I did or said she pissed her off which pissed me off so I left and told her

i completely understand where you're coming from dude. don't let them bring you down. is your mom trippin because you didn't go into the military or what? i hate to put it like this, but don't let other people's ignorance bring you down. if you like rock music, listen to it. if you like the clothes you wear (like i do) then wear what you want. fuck them, if they don't understand you. just don't let that get you mad. when we get to the pathways, it will all be different. it just takes time.

Yeah I can't wait until we hit the pathways either. I really don't have problems with my family at all. But I just need to get out and ease my mind in my own space.
