he specifically stated that any title made by Nintendo would be free. but that could change. he also specifically stated that any games NOT made by nintendo were up to that companies discretion (sp?). Meaning anything not made by nintendo could be pay.

I knew only Nintendo titles would be free, although I was thinking that other developers would bundle old+new (which I think they mention in that article...) but I didn't know he said anything about free nintendo games changing.
And whether or not he said it could change, I still think it's stupid. If you're going to say something like that, be sure, or you're likely to make people (like me) slightly irritated and very disapointed. If it hadn't been said I never would've suspected it (free games? whoda thunk?), and in 3 weeks when they say I can get games for $5-$20 or whatever the price will be, I'd think "wow! that's pretty cheap!" and never would've been as disapointed as I am.
