The first band requested is my absolute favorite: Plastic Tree! (or "Pura", as many fans call them) If you read my entries at all, you've heard of them...and now you can actually hear them! (If you haven't already, that is!)

Do you know any good Korean alternative bands? Dad's on his way to Korea, and said that if I could find some names, he'd grab me the CD :3

EVE and Seo Taiji are both pretty cool...but they are both kinda pop-rockish...

Sadly, Korea's social/political climate, much like with China, doesn't allow a lot of creativity in the arts...so it would be hard to find a good one. Korea is better known for its pop than its watered-down alternative scene :/ Sorry

Oh! And I forgot about Cherry Filter ( http://youtube.com/watch?v=snbUmVIaSNo ). Their vocalist had a short solo career in which she did some AWESOME punk music. Cherry Filter is pop...but they are really fun, I think.

I have been browsing online greater than 3 hours lately, yet I by no means discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is beautiful worth sufficient for me.
