My dearest, it is the limited time and finality of Notts that gives it such value; you'd not treasure it as much if you knew you could stay there forever.

I know you will be sad when you do leave England, but England will always be there.

And I promise you that we will come back to Notts one day, to walk upon the grass of the Downs, to walk along the lake, and to remember that it was here that it all started.
