I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope everything goes smoothly for him and for your family from now on. I'm really close to my dad as well, and he's around the same age yours is. The thought of you feeling how you do makes me heart ache in sympathy. When you love someone, it really makes you vulnerable to their pain as well as to their happiness, right? At least I think so.
