I just started seeing a therapist last week for the first time in my life. It was a great experience and I think it will be helpful. I was kind of disappointed when the session ended and I'm looking forward to going next week.
Sometimes it's good to talk about the things going on in your life to another person. They can give you some tips from an outside view. That's my opinion from my one experience *laughs*
