I really want you to get cable so you can see Top Chef ;) Bayless was just on Top Chef Masters and won his round, so he's in for the final. I have one of his books, but have yet to use it. I'm intimidated by the fact that all of the recipes require you to first make one of his salsa recipes. I am ... very lazy when it comes to compound recipes.

But the guac looks delicious! I eat like 5 or 6 avocados a week. I am addicted!!
