Per the film Julie & Julia (which is a delightful movie and I promise to review it soon) I decided I would poach my first egg.  I've had poached eggs before but I've never made them.  My mom and my sister always poached them in a poaching pan.  So I put them in boiling water moved the white over the yolk as the technique goes and out came two

Haha, my mom and I went to see that yesterday. Loved that scene. I thought they did a great job adapting the two books to a movie.

And it made me want to try poaching an egg too. And do more cooking which I seem to have been lagging on lately. Glad your eggs turned out!!
