Ariel gets Chinese, Dave gets Indian and Kevin gets Mexican.
Dave doesn't know what he's doing.
Dave: "I'm pretending."
Ariel uses lychees!

Ariel what's your dish? She doesn't know.
Ariel: "I order Chinese food all the time."
Kevin forgets his mole sauce.
Poor Dave, pork is no good in India.
Dave is 3 for 3! Yay!
Kevin laments forgetting the sauce.
JP instructs the losers to polish silverware.
Dave dines with sis and fiance.
Twenty seven ingredients house mole!
Dave: "Chef Wong knows how to beat his dough."
WTF did he make with that dough?
It's run the pass time in HK!
Chef reminisces about his time at the pass.
Service is off to a good start.
Kevin is first at the pass and he spots incorrect fish.
Dave offers to help Ariel who's not doing okay.
Dave is up next and he's intensely aggressive.
He misses the spinach puree and the tuna but bounces back later.
Ariel is last.
She misses the parsnip puree but catches the fish mishap.
Kevin and Arile are not friends tonite.
Chef asks for one person who's not HK worthy.
Kevin says Ariel and Ariel says Kevin.
Dave has to decide and says Ariel.
Chef says their answers are no help to him.
Both Dave and Kevin move on.
Ariel goes home but gets to keep her jacket as a memento.
It's Dave versus Kevin.
Each of them has to design their own menu.
They take a limo to downtown LA for the Araxi challenge where each must make a dish worthy of the Araxi.
OMG Dave has groupies.
Dave: "Come on Tanya, you know you wanna pick the venison."
Dave wins 3 to 2.
Next morning it's wake and get to the menu!
Dave doesn't want a pretentious menu.
The special ingredients today are six eliminated HK contestants. I love this part.
Dave picks Ariel, Robert and Suzanne.
Kevin picks Van, Amanda and Sabrina.
Robert (about Kevin's dishes): "I don't even care what it is I just want to eat it.
Kevin and Dave get head Chef coats.
Kevin makes Amanda nervous.
Robert: "This is my last night in HK. I'm gonna bring the fucking pain!"
Dave sends apps out. Kevin sends nothing.
He kicks Amanda off scallops and puts Van on it and apps go out.
Dave is almost done with apps.
Mushrooms are running low.
Robert effs with Dave.
Food comes back to Kevin's kitchen.
Amanda messes up the meat for the Araxi chef.
Kevin calms down and his kitchen recovers.
Dave's kitchen has a major meat fail.
Both teams finish strong but Dave doubts his performance.
Dave and Kevin head up to Chef's office.
Chef says it's a close finish and the boys step to the doors.
