Um, I'm totally going to have to try that biscuits and gravy recipe. I, too, am vegetarian, and I used to loooove biscuits and gravy. I had some in Portland, Oregon about two years ago, but that is the only time since February 2002 (when I became vegetarian) that I've had biscuits and gravy. You are a blessing! (And I also ought to try out Mel's Diner!)
