No, I'm not dead!
Sorry I haven't answered any messages, comments, emails, commented on yours, paid any bills, fed the cat etc etc etc but I was on a school trip to Florida!
School trips, not really my sort of thing but the company paid for it so it was a might-as-well thing. We went to the Florida Keys (Largo, Marathon and another one incase you

I'm not technically new to LJ myself, but I've only just started adding friends, so we're in the same boat! Friends?

Can steal yes yes? o.0?
Haha oh I know! Torchwood is quite obviously the coolness, but I'm scarily obbsessed with Harry Potter.....I have eight posters and a duvet cover in my room.....and come to that, I'm actually wearing a Slytherin hoodie at the moment.
Wow. I actally didn't realise quite how fangirly I sound until I read it over.....
I suppose I've sort of passed the new point by now because I've been on most days for three months, but I keep embarassing myself by having rubbish control over HTML, which it seems like everyone who's been on it for more than five minutes can do....o.0
YES FRIENDS!

Um... I won't spoil the most recent episode, even though it's ever so tempting, but at the end of the episode, Donna is the last of your worries...

But it was just plain weird.....
Haha, I try very, very hard to make references to programmes all the time and no-one ever gets it.....I was talking to this Indian guy today about England conquering India, and he said
'Apart from the goverments and the army and the riches and the organisation -'
And I broke in, 'What have the Romans ever done for us!!!'
Which, if you've seen Life of Brian is a pretty hilarious reference. I got a blank stare.
I'm embarassed by myself sometimes.
Ooooh I've seen it now!
To stop it being spoiled for other people, what is suggested is going to happen will not happen, or if it happens it'll be botched and the person it is happening to will have to reverse it.
Get my code?

Constantly embarrassing yourself with pop culture references is an unfortunate side affect of being a fangirl. Along with the squeeing, obsessiveness and scary addiction to slashy fanfiction. I'm very used to it. :D
I get your code. I agree that they probably won't go through with that thing that is suggested is going to happen. No way the Beeb could keep something like that a secret! And the thing only hit the person that shall not be named (but isn't Voldemort) that it happened to half on, right?

Haha, I had to explain squeeing to a friend last night. How on earth do you actually describe it?
Slashy fics = extremely hard to wean yourself off of.
I honestly don't think I've ever read a single un-slash (whats the opposite of slash? Hyphen?) Torchwood fic...o.0
If they go through with said thing, I will eat.....my brother.
Thinking about Voldemort....do you think Avada Kedavra would stop the Doctor from regenerating? After all, he's never been killed by magic....
Friends?

Does non-slashy TW fic even exist? If it does, I haven't came across it, nor am I inclined to read it. I'm good with my Jack/Ianto & Martha/Tosh :D
Hmmm... I guess so, the Doctor needs time to regenerate, Avada Kedrava is instantaneous. But Harry Potter is fictional in the whoniverse, so he's safe. Have you seen Journey's End yet? Am I allowed to spoil in the comments?
