That's the problem. Being able to ramble coherently is what I'm concerned about. Caused me a good deal of sleeplessness last nite actually. Running on like 5 hours of sleep because I couldn't fall asleep and then when I finally fell asleep, I couldn't stay asleep!!! Rage!
I agree - practice really helps. Say it out loud a couple times in your room and it'll help you sound coherent! Cue cards with little bullets for your main points are a good insurance policy too.
