I know this is easy for me to say, but I am heartened by the medical care Logan is receiving. I think I said I was glad your ped pushed for the CT scan. It also sounds like the surgeon is a good one, even on the emotional level, which they aren't always.

I have been worried about you, too. I am glad you are getting some down time, and that your ILs are stepping up.

I'll be thinking of you today.

It sounds like so far the news has been as good as it can be for Logan's diagnosis. I hope it continues to be that way for the duration and he needs no further treatment after the surgery. Keep us posted on the surgery so we can be sure to be thinking good thoughts/praying for a smooth surgery and quick recovery. Logan's doctor looks like a super star from his bio. 36 is young, but he's also very close to the days of his training and therefore most knowledgeable about all of the latest techniques and research. I have no doubt that Logan is in the best possible hands.

Take care of yourself, Sherry. I know it's easy to forget that you are pregnant when you are going through so much with Logan. I'm so glad to hear that your family is stepping up and helping out so much. I know that must be a source of comfort for you. You are in my thoughts!

I really wish I lived by you. I know our minds are similar, and every time I wake up, my mind whirls with things that you must be dealing with. "How is she handling the day to day things with her other kids? How is she handling her pregnancy?" It seems like you're handling things beautifully. I've been wondering if you've been taking care of yourself, and I'm glad that you got checked out and are now remembering to stay hydrated. My heart is just hurting for you, but I'm so happy to read that you've gotten good news. I personally know a few adults that had brain tumors as children, but I know that I always hate the "I know somebody who had this and is fine" stories, but I truly believe that Logan will be one of those. Hugs and strength, my friend.
