i guess melatonin is important to ur biological clock and gets produced more when u sleep...so taking the supplements helps ppl fall asleep i guess
i've been taking 1/2 melatonin pills every night for a few months to help me sleep (usually around 10-11) and sometimes i'll pass out immedietly...others, i'll be sleepy but can't fall asleep...but the majority of the times, it works and i wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day...even with 4-5 hours of sleep times i still wake up feeling great
but ya...so far, i've actually felt more energized and awake during the day and i highly recommend it for anyone who's having trouble sleeping or just feeling stressed in general :)

....I can drug you w/ chloroform and watch my sleepy angel drift off to dream land while I slowly build towards climax....not to sound creepy or nothin...but you'll sleep pretty well. I guarantee it! I'm so proud of the John B. sleep-creep method, I put my name on it!
