My best friend's husband died Monday night. He had a massive heart attack. I still cant believe any of this has happened. Melissa is now a widow and a single mother of three boys all under the age of 12. Its been almost a week.. a week that has felt longer than a year, and I am still in such shock. I dont know what to say or do, or anything. I

I'm terribly sorry about your friend's husband -- that's such a shock, and a complete tragedy. I'll be sending good vibes their way and yours.

Between that and your dad being in the hospital, I'm sure you're stressed out. Just know that there are people around to support you and to be there, because we all adore you and we want to help.

Take care of yourself and keep busy; it's much better than sitting around and overthinking things. Hold on to the things you consider dear to your heart.

I wish I knew what to say, and sometimes nothing can be said. You are such a strong, caring, and wonderful girl. I'm sure your friend is more than grateful that you are there for her, and I hope you all can take it on with courage and strength.
