I'm sure people can guess why, because as several have noted, the beaches of Brazil are quite the sight to behold~♥ And I myself found it was very hard not to stare at all the loveliness that was present on and around the beaches~♥ Yuuji, of course, didn't take too kindly to me

That is because you are a Japanese gentlemen who was born and raised in Japan. But I'm sure if you were born and raised in Brazil, you would probably not see it as such a big issue. Different cultures, different ways of thinking about such matters. The idea of nudity is not really as much of a taboo here. In fact, in some areas of the country, clothing is completely optional for both sexes on the beaches. It simply does not bother them, because they were raised in an environment that considers it perfectly normal to do so. As such, the opposite may be thought from their point of view, and they think we wear too much clothing and cover up for ridiculous reasons.
