If he doesn't bite it in this book, he is toast in book 7. It would be too good to be true for him to make it out of this alive.

Dumbledore, definitely.

But I really hope we can kill Grawp. That would be the one thing for book 7...

The Order of the Phoenix was taking heavy losses in its final showdown with Voldemort and his Death Eaters. Harry heard Hermione screaming as Ron fell under a blast of green light. His glasses were broken, but he could see the figure of Grawp stumbling from the forest ( ... )

Well Grawp is a fullblooded Giant, so I doubt a single killing curse would kill him. But it could knock him out. He would still turn Voldemort into a pancake.

Ron or Hagrid. I think it has to be someone that Harry cares about to further motivate him in his "cause".
