i don't think your parents understand the concept of summer, wehn it comes to us young'ns. we spend 3/4 of the year on an exhausting schedule that involves spending half the conscious part of the day at school. summer vacation is meant for taking advantage of not having to go to school, therefore you should be able to rejoice and sleep whenever the fuck you want to... as long as it isn't affecting them in any negative sort of way, which you aren't.

they have all these books for parents about how to deal with kids... instead, they should have books for kids on how to deal with parents.
