Lol. To me, it tasted like a mixture of regular Coke and diet Coke. It wasn't my cup of tea. Well if you're addicted to it, at least there aren't any calories. Lol.

Maybe I'll try to substitute my Coca Cola habit for nice delicious cold apple juice!

Crystal light and club soda SAVED ME. Also, your favorite juice with club soda is amazing as well (especially grape it seems). It's harder to lose weight outside of a school environment, because at school I ate at the cafeteria, meaning I just got some healthy stuff then left the area before I could be tempted to get any of the crap. Now at the store it's SO MUCH HARDER! UGH! But yeah, crystal light and club soda is realllly good!

I really hope you have a birthday party! Even though it's like a day before mine, It'd be cool to hang out. OH! And I'm in Portland starting the 31st for 2 weeks because of training at Wells Fargo, so I want to get together with all of my hs friends who live up there, which of course includes you! =).

thanks for the great tip about the juice and club soda! I know what you mean about the school environment, except I really only ate school food freshman year when I lived in the dorm. I never ate the food at PSU. I know how hard it is to go grocery shopping. And for me, often times, I get the food and then I'm too lazy to make it and end up ordering pizza. I'm going to try really hard though these next couple of months, I'll have to become an exercising fiend. I went clothes shopping today and it was really depressing. I couldn't fit my old sizes :( I can't fit half of my clothes and I end up having to wear the same few outfits all the time, because I can't fit anything else. Anyway, it was really depressing and i'm more determined now. Luckily I belong to the gym. So that's good. Hopefully Mr. Ewing will support me in this, and maybe tone up himself ;-)

Yay for you coming to Portland!! We'll definately have to hang out!!!

Can we support each other on the weight loss thing?! You totally spoke to me when you talked about having to wear the same few outfits over and over!! In 2003 I lost 30 lbs, and kept if off for 3 years, and over the past two a lot of it has come back, and I can't wear most of my clothes. I keep trying to lose it, get really motivated, but it only lasts for a few weeks. I think we should like do a weekly journal so that we can keep each other in check! PLUS, our birthdays are a day apart, so we'll have the same goal time!! =)

Totally, we can support each other! :-D I picked my birthday as my goal time because it is literally (well a day after anyway) the beginning of summer, so you know what that means, swimsuit season! I'm not going to go shopping for it now, it'd be too depressing.

But yeah, we definately should support each other. I'm going to try and utilize my gym like 4-5 times a week, and eat better.

I keep a food diary on www.self.com for the self challenge. They give you meal suggestions and workout suggestions. I've lost about 10 lbs so far... just 40 to go UGH!
