Oh my gosh! Can you believe the prom is tonight? I have to do my nails, and my hair. Where's this? Where's that? She's off to take a nap. I told her she just wouldn't be able to make it all night if she didn't take a nap! hehehe ( Read more... )

We'll pick you up just as soon as I can talk her into driving the 24 hours to get here...wait I guess prom would be over by then *sigh* We used to sit in the parking lot of the Brazos Center and squeal at all the limos and dresses etc. At the time I thought we were teetering on pathetic, but now....I'd give anything to do it again.

My oldest went to her junior prom about a month ago. They rented a limo until two and we were both extremely apprehensive as Annie got into the car with her beau. About twelve, she called and said that the prom was over, they were bored, and would I mind it if they ditched the limo and watched movies with me? Needless to say, I didn't mind one bit!

Ahhh what a wonderful daughter! This is my daughter's senior prom and she is, like, 18, and like she is going to stay out, like, all night. hehehe She'll probably be home early also *I hope*

My wish for you is that your daughter follows in my daughters footsteps, and arrives home early. But for a senior prom..hmm..well, don't even get me started about my senior prom!
