Stupid fucking shit Goddamnit I already hate spring soccer training. I'm so fucking sick and out of shape and I shouldn't be complaining but Goddamn does an 18:40 two-mile suck ass. My vertical jump is pathetic, 52 sit-ups a minute is ridiculous and I'm so fucking slow. And while I realize that I'm off of self-training and an injury, there's no excuse for bullshit like this. I basically ran a 9:20 mile. It's disgusting, especially when in my prime I was running a 6:35. FUCK. I should be able to do this shit in under 15! Stupid fucking knees and shin. Whatever. Blah blah more bitch-cakes.
At least I can be proud of my 31 push-ups a minute. Hopefully I'll be able to do better by the end of the session, but that's pretty alright. I've always liked my arm strength.
