And yeah about the diet thing, don't forget to excersise when you can. That should also help iron things out.
Yogurt and Fruits are better sources for sugar. Try getting into salads, they're actually pretty good. Also, burgers you should try to have like... Once in a while, or once every week. But I know it's hard (being the huge burger fanatic I am).
Working out for 2 hours a day is pretty much what I do. Trust me, it'll get ya winded. But since I'm sure you want to maintain a womanly figure, you may want to do things like running, walking or maybe some aerobics. I dunno. Don't cut out weights entirely but you may want to get some maybe 5-8 lb weights just to add a little resistance.
