is it easy to use? the Verizon guy was trying to talk me into some Motorola Windows based phone because I'm familar with PC's. I didn't really think that you needed to be a genius to operate a blackberry.

What service provider do you have?
I'll scream if I switch and all my calls get dropped...

it took me about an hour to figure out where everything was. typing is super easy once you realize the layout. it sounds like the guy was making a comission on the windows based phone. was it the "q"? the windows ones are so huge. yuck.

im on cingular. their support is usually great and the service is an 8 out of 10. i only give it an 8 because its hard to get reception in my house but verizon doesnt work well here either.

what was the reason on not being able to keep your number and buy a new phone? that makes absolutely no sense. none. i mean, if you lose your phone, they change your number? no. call customer relations.

I was actually on the phone with Verizon customer service when I saw your comment! Haha. This guy told me that the guy in store pretty much had no idea what he was talking about.

I'm waiting until August for the phone (since it'll be dirt cheap then as compared to the $400-ish now) which sucks, but I'm cheap like that. Apparently my phone is available for upgrade that month. I've been with Verizon forever so I'll guess I'll stick around.

I want my blackberry though!!
