SOME PEOPLE have so much nerve.  ugh.  they just happen to be in the right place at the right time, so they help a peson in trouble...but once the person is physically healthy again, the rescuer leaves the scene, tells the story to everyone as if she is a HERO and lets the real friends deal with the emotional repercussions of what happened.  also,
